Family-Based Immigration
Principe Immigration Law represents U.S. citizens and permanent residents in sponsoring close family members such as spouses, children, fiancés, parents, and siblings. Principe Immigration Law helps clients obtain immigration benefits for family members living in the U.S. or abroad in these following categories:
- K-1 fiancé(e) visas
- Immediate relative petitions by U.S. citizens (for spouse, or unmarried child under 21, or parent/s if petitioner is 21 or over)

- Conditional permanent residence and petitions for removal of conditional status
